What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the name, phone number, optional email address, project details, and any files you choose to attach. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password (stored only as a bcrypt hash), and WhatsApp number. When you post a comment or like, we store that action along with your account ID.
Why we collect it
Enquiry information is used to contact you about your project. Account information is used to identify you in comments and to allow you to like and reply. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Who can access it
Enquiries and uploaded files are accessed only by Ben (the foreman/administrator). Public users can see only published project information and visible comments. They cannot see other users’ enquiries, contact information, or uploaded files.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and manage the resulting project, and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
Your rights
You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion, by contacting Ben using the details on the Contact page.
Cookies and sessions
If you create an account, we set a single httpOnly cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or non-essential tracking cookies.
Third parties
Our database and file storage are provided by Supabase. Payment, email marketing, or analytics integrations are not enabled for v1.
